During the partnership signing ceremony with Standard Express, Selex Motors introduced the Selex Camel 2 electric motorcycle – a model that has garnered much attention and is often referred to as the “national electric taxi.” In other words, it’s an electric motorcycle optimized for passenger transport.
The Selex Camel 2 inherits the advantages of the original Selex Camel model, such as smart app connectivity on mobile phones, reverse gear, IP67 water resistance, and more. However, this model has been redesigned to better suit passenger transportation needs.
The new model is slightly shorter with a wheelbase length of 1375 mm, making it more convenient for navigating narrow alleyways and tight spaces. The seat has been compacted slightly. The increased ground clearance allows for easy traversal of rough and uneven terrains. With a maximum speed of up to 80 km/h, the Selex Camel 2 offers excellent climbing ability and acceleration to transport passengers quickly and punctually.
