RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. General Provisions
Customers are only allowed to exchange purchased products within 03 days (from the date of delivery stated in the handover record to the date the customer brings the product to Selex showrooms) in the following cases:
Product not matching the description or images;
Manufacturing defects;
Damage caused during transportation.
Selex reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return requests arising from the customer’s subjective reasons.
All exchange or return decisions are subject to Selex’s final approval and will be based on the product’s value in accordance with Selex’s current pricing policy.
Selex reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of returned or defective products before proceeding with any repair or replacement.
Selex may amend its policies and conditions for promotional products or special programs at any time.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
2.1 General Conditions
Products must be purchased directly from Selex.
Products must be in brand-new condition, with no damage or scratches.
Products must not be modified, disassembled, or have any components replaced.
2.2 Specific Conditions for Electric Motorcycles
Customers must meet all of the following conditions:
The total mileage (from the handover date stated in the delivery record to the return date at Selex showroom) shown on the odometer must not exceed 50 km.
(Selex will record the mileage at both delivery and return to ensure customer rights.)The vehicle must not be registered for a license plate.
The vehicle must not be resold or transferred to any individual or organization.
2.3 Specific Conditions for Selex Batteries
The battery must have undergone no more than 02 charge/discharge cycles (from the handover date stated in the delivery record to the return date at Selex showroom).
3. Return & Exchange Procedure
Customers must notify Selex via hotline 1900 633 489 or contact Selex sales staff within 02 days from the date of receiving the product.
Customers are responsible for inspecting and verifying the product against the contract/order details, including: model, color, quantity, appearance, and functionality.
Selex only accepts returns/exchanges at official Selex showrooms within 03 days from the delivery date stated in the handover record.
Customers are responsible for bringing the product to the showroom and bearing all transportation costs.
Selex technicians will inspect the product condition and collect all items, documents, and accessories originally delivered with the product.
After receiving all products, documents, and accompanying accessories, Selex will proceed with the exchange/return in accordance with this policy.
1. Payment Methods
To provide a convenient and flexible purchasing experience, Selex collaborates with reputable financial partners to offer a variety of payment solutions, enabling customers to easily own Selex electric motorbikes at an optimal cost.
One-time payment:
Customers can make direct payments via cash, bank transfer, domestic cards, or international cards without any additional fees.
0% interest installment payment:
Selex supports installment programs with 0% interest and minimal fees. In case any fees apply, customers will be fully informed before confirming the transaction.
Flexible combination:
Customers may combine multiple payment methods, including using multiple credit cards, to complete a single order.
2. Installment Options
Selex offers two flexible installment options to meet diverse customer needs:
2.1. Credit Card Installments
Customers can use one or multiple credit cards issued by banks accepted by Selex, including: HSBC, Sacombank, Vietcombank, VietinBank, ACB, BIDV, VPBank, VIB, TPBank, Shinhan Bank, Standard Chartered, MB, Eximbank, OCB, Nam A Bank, KienlongBank, SCB, SeABank, SHB, PVcomBank, HDBank, Techcombank, MSB, FE Credit, Citibank, Home Credit.
Depending on the issuing bank and installment tenure, a conversion fee may apply. This fee will be clearly communicated to customers prior to the transaction.
2.2. Installments via Financial Companies
For customers who do not own a credit card, Selex provides installment solutions through financial partners such as Fundiin, FE Credit, Shinhan Finance, Home Credit, HD Saison, etc.
Customers can access preferential loan packages, especially for drivers using Selex vehicles and battery services, with:
Interest rates starting from 0%
Down payment from 0 VND (depending on credit profile and financial partner)
Simple procedures, fast approval:
Customers only need to provide:
Chip-based Citizen ID card
Registered mobile phone number
Selex’s financial partners will assist in completing the loan application quickly and efficiently.
In addition, Selex regularly collaborates with government and local authority support programs to provide customers with access to funding at the lowest possible cost.

I. WARRANTY POLICY
- Applicable objects
The objects that are covered by Selex’s warranty program include all electric scooter products bearing the Selex brand, produced and directly distributed through Selex’s showroom system or the company’s distribution network nationwide.
- Warranty period
3 years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first, from the first purchase by the end-user (as recorded on the invoice).
- Warranty transfer
If you sell or transfer the scooter to another person within the warranty period, you need to register the warranty information again. Please bring the scooter and warranty booklet to Selex’s showrooms/distribution centers for the exchange. Within the remaining warranty period, all conditions specified in the repair and warranty service are still guaranteed.
- Product recall program
When there are quality and safety-related defects for the electric scooters circulating on the market in accordance with the legal regulations, even if the warranty period has expired, the company will handle repairs and remedies free of charge.
- Warranty coverage
Selex’s electric scooter warranty program is effective throughout the territory of Vietnam and applies at all Selex’s showrooms/distribution centers.

- Cases not covered by the warranty
Customers should note that the following issues will not be covered by the warranty:
- Any damages caused by self-repair/adjustment, or modifications that deviate from the original product design. For example, changing the engine, control system, or display screen.
- Using the scooter for purposes other than its intended use, such as racing or overloading beyond the allowed capacity.
- Any damage caused by using non-genuine parts and using oils (brake oil, shock absorber oil…) other than the technical specifications stated in the user manual.
- Cases where the scooter is rusty, the paint is faded, the rubber is aged, the oil is contaminated, or natural wear and tear over time, or other issues that do not affect the quality and normal operation of the scooter, such as noise, slight vibrations, and oil leaks.
- Faulty parts due to prolonged storage such as aged rubber or contaminated grease.
- Damage caused by external factors such as playfulness, soil, sand, stones, sharp objects.
- Damage caused by external factors such as cigarette ash, chemicals, animal excrement, salt, acid rain, mouse bites, and equivalent factors.
- Damage caused by earthquakes, storms, floods, accidents, fires, and other natural disasters.
- Damage due to failure to comply with the regular maintenance schedule as stated in the user manual.
- Damage that occurs before the warranty period expires but the customer delays bringing it in for repair after the expiration date.
- In addition, the Selex electric scooter warranty program is not responsible for customers’ travel, food, phone, or other expenses when bringing the vehicle in for repair.

II. MAINTENANCE CONDITIONS
- Maintenance reception location
Selex accepts the maintenance of electric motorcycles from the manufacturer at any authorized dealer or showroom nationwide. When it’s time for maintenance or warranty, users just need to bring their motorcycles to an authorized dealer or Selex’s official showroom, where staff will check and maintain the motorcycle as scheduled.
- Electric motorcycle maintenance procedure
Step 1: Customers bring their electric motorcycles directly to the nearest Selex showroom or authorized dealer. To receive immediate support and advice on motorcycle maintenance costs, customers should schedule an appointment with the showroom/authorized dealer in advance.
Step 2: Provide vehicle registration, identification card, and free periodic maintenance booklet.
Step 3: A technician will receive the motorcycle along with the free periodic maintenance booklet and perform maintenance on the electric motorcycle according to Selex’s prescribed schedule.
- Some notes about the free periodic maintenance booklet
The free periodic maintenance booklet must have Selex’s company stamp, signature and seal of the authorized motorcycle dealer, customer signature, and motorcycle information.
The free periodic maintenance booklet must be intact, not erased, torn, blurred, and the information must match the motorcycle information.
Unused vouchers in the free periodic maintenance booklet that have expired in terms of time or kilometers traveled as prescribed will no longer be valid.
