I. Purpose

To support the business operations of Selex Smart Electric Vehicle Joint Stock Company.

To serve as a basis for executing contracts and providing quotations to individual and corporate customers for vehicle rental, purchase, and battery services for the Company’s electric vehicles.
II. Applicable Subjects
This policy applies to individual and corporate customers who rent vehicles, purchase vehicles, or use battery services for the Company’s electric vehicles.
An individual customer will be eligible for Selex’s bundled vehicle and battery rental service when meeting all of the following conditions:

Personal information verification through at least one of the following:

Level 2 VNeID with photo evidence.

Ride-hailing drivers: Have been continuously working for at least 6 months with ride-hailing or delivery platforms by the time of contract signing, and earn an average of at least 5 million VND/month, shown through app screenshots, labor contract, and the last 3 months’ salary bank statements.

Office workers: Have worked at least 1 month in a company or organization by the contract date and earn an average salary of at least 7 million VND/month, evidenced by labor contract, salary bank statement, or email confirmation for the latest month.

University students with student ID and an email from the school confirming student status (e.g., transcript, class schedule, etc.).

Credit check via FE Credit results in:
-
No bad debt: eligible for rental.

Bad debt under 5 million VND and is a ride-hailing driver with minimum 6 months continuous service and earns ≥ 7 million VND/month (proof as above): eligible for rental.

Other cases: not eligible for rental.

Provide a valid driving license and national ID card (CCCD).
III. Definitions

Individual Customer: A person who purchases, rents vehicles or uses battery services from the Company.

Corporate Customer: Any legally established organization or business entity that independently enters into legal relationships and has transactions with the Company via quotations or contracts.

Customer: Refers to both individual and corporate customers.
IV. Promotion Policy Details
4.1. Vehicle Purchase Promotion
For BE drivers purchasing vehicles in Q3/2025:

If paid via Home Credit or FE Credit with a flat interest rate of 0.69%/month → standard customer pricing applies.

Other cases: Discount of 3,000,000 VND/vehicle (pre-VAT).

BE drivers can choose either:

Discount 3,000,000 VND on vehicle price (pre-VAT), or
-
Discount 2,000,000 VND on registration service (if done via Company) and 1,000,000 VND on vehicle price.

For Corporate Customers, when placing a non-refundable deposit ≥ 30% of order value and full payment before delivery:

4.2. Battery Service Promotions
4.2.1. First-Year Battery Rental Package – BE Drivers

BE drivers signing a 12-month battery rental contract (self-charging) will receive 10% off monthly battery service bills (pre-VAT).

Other customers are not eligible for this discount.
4.2.2. First-Year Battery Swapping Package

Customers signing a 12-month battery swapping contract will receive:

20% off monthly bills (pre-VAT).
-
30% off for BE drivers with 12-month battery swapping contract.

If the customer terminates the contract early, the Company will reclaim the promotional amount previously discounted.

4.2.3. Second-Year Battery Service Promotion

Customers renewing a second-year battery service contract (12-month minimum) get 10% off monthly bills (pre-VAT), if:

Completed a 12-month uninterrupted contract (unless otherwise approved).

No outstanding debt at contract renewal.

No account violations in the past 12 months.

Applicable to both rental and swapping services. Early termination → reclaimed discount.
4.3. Loyalty Tier Discount – Second-Year Battery Services

Based on total accumulated valid km per Selex account.

Discount starts from the next month once tier is achieved and applies to one battery service package per account.
Tiers are lost if no battery service usage for 3 consecutive months.
Loyalty discount does not combine with first-year or specific-customer promotions.

4.4. Vehicle & Battery Rental Bundle Discount

Individual customers using bundled services receive:

500,000 VND/month off (VAT included) for DT100 package.

1,000,000 VND/month off (VAT included) for DTU package.

4.5. Exclusive Benefits for Grab Drivers

Grab drivers using Selex e-bikes, meeting reward conditions and distance thresholds, receive:

4.6. Green Miles Rewards with BE

BE drivers using Selex e-bikes, meeting reward criteria, receive:

V. Validity
This promotion policy is effective from 01/07/2025 to 30/09/2025.
Any amendments, replacements, or additions will be decided and issued by the Company’s General Director, depending on changes in business policies.
