I. Definitions
A Customer as referred to in this price list means the end user of products or services transacted by quotation or contract with the Company.
II. Purpose
To standardize the price list for vehicle sales, battery services, and vehicle rentals at Selex Smart Electric Vehicle JSC.
This serves as the basis for standardizing and executing sales contracts and quotations for vehicles, battery packages, and rental services across the entire Company.
III. Scope of Application

Applies to customers purchasing vehicles from the Company.

Applies to customers using battery service packages for the Company’s vehicle models.

Applies to customers renting vehicles from the Company in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
IV. Vehicle Sales Price List
Prices at Company’s offices include charger and VAT, but exclude battery, insurance, license plate, and other fees:

VIII. Validity
This price list is effective from 01/07/2025 until superseded. Any changes will be decided and issued by the Company’s CEO when business policies are updated.
