Vietnamese smart mobility startup Selex Motors selected to be showcased at the Asia Forum for Climate and Clean Energy Financing (AFCCEF) 2019

August 2019. Selex Motors, the Hanoi-based smart mobility startup, has been selected by the UNIDO-hosted Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN) as one of Asia-Pacific’s 10 showcase projects at the Asia Forum for Climate and Clean Energy Financing (AFCCEF) 2019, held in Singapore in early November.

Selex Motors is founded in Jan 6th 2018 by a team of top engineers with international experience who want to drive Vietnam and part of the world toward a future of smart and sustainable mobility by developing next-generation two-wheelers and innovative battery solutions.

This year, PFAN partners with the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) to hold the Asia Forum for Climate and Clean Energy Financing (AFCCEF) 2019 as part of Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW). AFCCEF is the regional investor forum organized annually by PFAN.This year, the AFCCEF event will showcase to investors 10 investment-ready projects from across Asia (Selex Motors being one of them), covering a range of innovative clean energy technologies and business models.selex

Speaking on behalf of Selex Motors about the company’s selection to AFCCEF 2019, Dr Nguyen Huu Phuoc Nguyen, founder and CEO of Selex Motors, thanks PFAN for “actively and intensively helping Selex Motors in boosting our business acumen and investment readiness through coaching and investment matching. We were among 20 teams selected by PFAN from Asia Pacific region in February 2019; the coaching program commenced soon after that, with workshop in Thailand 2 months later and regular one-on-one coaching. We are proud, privileged and honored to showcase our smart mobility technologies and represent Vietnam at AFCCEF 2019”.
